Responsibilities
- Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government (CBSE) guidelines into each class curriculum
- Leadership and Management: Oversee school operations, manage staff, and implement policies.
- Student Discipline and Welfare: Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment, handle disciplinary issues.
- Curriculum Oversight: Supervise curriculum implementation, support teachers, and ensure academic standards.
- Budget and Resource Management: Allocate funds, manage school resources, and ensure efficient use of finances.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders.
- Staff Development: Facilitate professional development and evaluate teacher performance.

Kindergarten Teacher
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, developing curriculum, providing early childhood education, fostering communication skills, and working with kindergarten-aged children.

Qualifications

PRT – Mother Teacher
As a Mother Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, developing curriculum, providing early childhood education, fostering communication skills, and working with kindergarten-aged children.

Responsibilities
- Conduct learning sessions and classes
- Supervise students to ensure their well-being and safety
- Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem
