    Kindergarten Teacher

    Qualifications

    PRT – Mother Teacher

    As a Mother Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, developing curriculum, providing early childhood education, fostering communication skills, and working with kindergarten-aged children.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct learning sessions and classes
    • Supervise students to ensure their well-being and safety
    • Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem
    • Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner
    • Evaluates students’ academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
    • Oversee children in order to make sure they are safe
    • Adhere with all relevant health and safety standards

    • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
    • Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
    • Work with program coordinators to ensure initiatives are being met.
    • Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, essays, projects, and other forms of assessment.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and personal development.
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address academic concerns and promote student success.
