We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of our students at the recent Zonal Games. Indeed, their exceptional performances across multiple sports have brought immense pride to our school. Consequently, their dedication, hard work, and sportsmanship were clearly on display. Therefore, let’s take a moment to celebrate their remarkable successes.

Badminton 🏸

Under 14 Girls: First and foremost, the under-14 girls’ badminton team emerged victorious, securing 1st place in the competition. As a result of their remarkable skill, teamwork, and determination, the five talented players truly gave their all on the court.
Under 17 Girls: Moreover, the under-17 girls’ team fought valiantly and earned 2nd place in a highly competitive category. Their perseverance and strategic play were, without a doubt, commendable.

Football ⚽

Under 19 Boys: Additionally, the under-19 boys’ football team became the champions, taking 1st place in the tournament. The 16-member team, therefore, demonstrated excellent coordination, stamina, and sportsmanship, leading them to a well-deserved victory.
District Selections: Furthermore, it is with great pride that we announce that five players from the under-19 football team—Tajinderjeet Singh, Prince, Shivraj, Manjot Singh, and Rajwinder Singh—have been selected to represent the district. This selection, undoubtedly, reflects their exceptional talent and hard work.
Under 17 Boys: Similarly, Arnav Kumar and Gurjinder Singh from the under-17 football team have been chosen to represent the district, thus highlighting their skill and potential on the field.
Under 14 Boys: In addition, Ekamjot Singh and Gurwinder Singh from the under-14 football team have also been selected for the district team, thereby emphasizing their promising future in the sport.

Cricket 🏏

Under 17 Girls: The under-17 girls’ cricket team, as expected, clinched 1st place, showcasing their excellent batting, bowling, and fielding abilities. The entire 16-member team, consequently, contributed to this outstanding achievement.

Under 19 Boys: Likewise, the under-19 boys’ cricket team secured 1st place in their category. Their teamwork, strategy, and determination, thus, led them to a well-deserved victory.

District Selections: Additionally, we are proud to announce that the entire under-17 and under-19 cricket teams have been selected to represent the district. This honor, indeed, reflects their dominance in the sport.

Handball 🏐

Under 17 Boys: Furthermore, the under-17 boys’ handball team secured 3rd place in a tough competition. The 16-member team displayed great resilience and teamwork, thereby earning their place on the podium.

Boxing 🥊

Under 17 Boys: Three of our boxers, in particular, brought home the gold, each securing 1st place in their respective weight categories:
- Tajvir Singh (67 kg)
- Manjot Singh (74 kg)
- Harjas Singh (77 kg)
Under 19 Boys: Moreover, Harinder Singh dominated his weight category (73 kg), securing 1st place and further adding to our school’s boxing achievements.
District Selections: Notably, Manjot Singh, Tajvir Singh, Harjas Singh (under 17), and Harinder Singh (under 19) have been selected to represent the district, a clear testament to their skills and dedication.

Wrestling 🤼‍♂️

Under 19 (Greco-Roman): Furthermore, Gursharan Singh clinched 1st place in the 73 kg category, demonstrating his strength and technique in Greco-Roman wrestling.
Under 19 (Freestyle): Gursharan Singh once again took 1st place in the 73 kg category, this time in freestyle wrestling, showcasing his versatility and dominance in the sport.
District Selections: Therefore, Gursharan Singh has been selected to represent the district in both Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, a true testament to his prowess on the mat.
